Adorn Croft ships internationally. If you can receive a delivery, we can get your piece there.
Free shipping is available to the continental United States, Canada, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong. For everywhere else, we will quote you based on your location and item. Just send us your postcode and what you have in mind.
All customs clearance, duties, and import taxes are included in every international shipment. Nothing unexpected will be waiting for you on delivery day.

Tracking & updates
You will never have to chase us down for information. Once your order is on its way, our team will send you tracking details and keep you informed at every stage.

Receiving your order
Every shipment is fully insured during transit. When your piece arrives, an adult signature is required upon delivery.
We recommend inspecting your furniture as soon as it arrives. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the piece itself, please note it with the delivery driver before signing. This makes it much easier for us to resolve any issues quickly on your behalf.
Damaged shipments
Although rare, damage during transit can happen. If your piece arrives in a condition that concerns you, here is what to do:
Take clear photos of the product and packaging
Email info@adorncroft.com within 48 hours
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
If the damage is severe, please refuse the delivery. This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
